Returns/Exchanges

• Rare Threads offer refund, exchange or credit note on any non-sale items you aren’t happy with. Refund will be less cost of freight & Shopify processing fees. 
• If you wish to return your purchase for an exchange or credit note, please contact Rare Threads at shop@rarethreads.com.au within one   day of receiving the package.
• Rare Threads is committed to providing the highest quality products to our customers. We thoroughly check all goods prior to delivery, however in the unlikely case your item is faulty, Rare Threads will replace the item for you.
• In the case that replacement of a faulty item is not possible, you can choose another item of equal value.
• In the case that there is no suitable replacement Rare Threads will refund the cost of the faulty item.
• Rare Threads do not offer returns, credit notes, refund or exchanges on Sale or reduced items.
• Returns will not be accepted after 3 days from delivery date.
• No refund on change of mind. 
• Returned items must be sent via Express Australia Post to the following address:

• All items must then be returned to us in original condition with all tags attached and the accompanying invoice and must not have been damaged, worn, altered or washed.
• Rare Threads reserves the right to refuse returns if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
• Credits notes are valid for twelve (12) months only from the date of purchase. After this period has elapsed, credit notes become null and void.
• Rare Threads accepts no responsibility for shipping costs relating to exchanges or returns and these charges will be paid in full by the customer or deducted from the value of refund, exchange or credit note where provided. 
• Where a return from the customer to Rare Threads is not delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to bear any losses as a result of the lost package, therefore, it is essential that all returns are sent back to Rare Threads via registered post with tracking facilities.
• Rare Threads reserves the right to deduct any online processing or credit card fees from the value of any refund, exchange or credit note. 
  
• Rare Threads will refund shipping costs for all items returned as a result of our error and/or due to the supply of faulty/damaged merchandise, providing the returned items are found to meet with our returns policy requirements.
